Discovery Gardens is Nakheel's new residential concept and is situated at a new interchange along Sheikh Zayed Road located between interchanges five and six. The 420,000 square meter development is a pre-designed complex comprising of six themed communities styled in a variety of garden experiences. Cactus Gardens, is the second of six themed complexes to be offered to investors, and is divided into two separate zones – Cactus One and Cactus Two. For sale from today is Cactus Gardens One; which consists of 15 buildings, hosting 930 expertly planned studio apartments, 1284 one bed room apartment and 159 retail outlets.
